Hi! Thanks for taking a look at my website. I am Lydia Goodson - a Portola Valley teen and a senior in high school. I started my bakery and website 5 years ago, and have decided to give it a bit of a reboot. I am not doing it for financial reasons (80% of the bakery's proceeds go to charity), but because I simply love baking. It has always been a favorite hobby for me, and a means of connection in my family. I love experimenting with new recipes and returning to old favorites, so please feel free to reach out for any events or just for yourself.

I’ve been lucky to grow up in a home where food was never something I had to worry about. Baking was often how my family showed love, sharing beloved recipes for birthday cakes, holiday pies, or the occasional sweet treat. I know that’s not the case for many families in Silicon Valley, which is why I’ve chosen to donate 80% of any donations made to my baking business to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Silicon Valley. It feels meaningful to take something that brings me so much joy and use it to help make sure others have access to the same comfort and security that I grew up with.
